PSL 2027 points table (PSL 12 points table): the standings start with the first match on 18 March 2027. Until then, all eight teams are on zero. The table below is updated after every PSL 2027 match with played, won, lost, no result, points and net run rate (NRR).

The table starts on 18 March 2027 and is updated after every match.
P = played, W = won, L = lost, NR = no result, Pts = points, NRR = net run rate. Once the season starts, teams in the top four (playoff places) get a green marker.

How Points Work in PSL 2027
PCB has not published separate playing conditions for PSL 12, so here are the rules used in PSL 2026:

| Tie | Decided by a Super Over, so one team gets the win |
If two or more teams finish on the same points, net run rate decides their order, as it did for three teams in 2026.
What Is Net Run Rate (NRR)?
Net run rate measures how quickly a team scores compared with how quickly it concedes runs across the season:
NRR = (total runs scored ÷ total overs faced) − (total runs conceded ÷ total overs bowled)
If a team is bowled out before its 20 overs are up, it is counted as having faced the full 20 overs. A positive NRR means a team scores faster than its opponents. Big wins and heavy defeats move NRR the most, which is why a one-sided match in April can decide a playoff place.
How Teams Qualify for the PSL 2027 Playoffs
If the 2026 format stays, the top four teams in the PSL 2027 points table after the league stage reach the playoffs. Finishing in the top two is a big advantage because those teams get two chances to reach the final:
- Qualifier: 1st vs 2nd. The winner goes to the final.
- Eliminator 1: 3rd vs 4th. The loser goes home.
- Eliminator 2: the loser of the Qualifier plays the winner of Eliminator 1.
- Final: 2 May 2027.

Look at positions 4 to 6: Hyderabad, Lahore and Karachi all finished on 10 points with five wins each. Net run rate alone sent Hyderabad through, and they went on to reach the final. It is a good reminder of how close the PSL 2027 points table could be.
